Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use the site and the course.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms of use apply between the operator of the GLADIO Trading website ("GLADIO Trading") and the person using the site ("User"). By accessing the site or creating an account, you are deemed to accept these terms.

2. The service

GLADIO Trading is an information and education platform that offers trading guides, analyses, news summaries, tools, a glossary, a broker/prop firm directory and a course accessed with a course referral code. The service is not investment advice or brokerage (see the Risk Disclosure).

3. Accounts and membership

  • Creating an account is free; you do not need a course referral code to register.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential.
  • An account can stay signed in on at most two devices at a time; when you sign in on a new device, the oldest session is signed out.
  • Account sharing is prohibited; if detected, course access may be revoked.

4. Course referral codes

  • Codes are issued by the GLADIO Trading team; they are personal and may not be transferred.
  • A code is limited to the stated number of uses and duration. If a code is deactivated, the access it unlocked ends.
  • If a code is misused (copied, sold or shared), access is cancelled.
  • The terms on which codes are provided are communicated through the channel the code is issued in; no payments are taken through the site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, images, video, code, tools) belongs to GLADIO Trading or its licensors. Course videos may be watched only on the site, for personal use; they may not be downloaded, recorded, copied, republished or shared with third parties. In case of a breach, access is terminated immediately and legal action may be taken.

Your own course referral code (with your member number where necessary) is shown on course videos as a watermark. Hiding, covering, cropping, blurring or altering the watermark is prohibited; if such an attempt is detected, the video stops and the attempt is recorded. If a recording showing the watermark is shared without permission, the recording is linked to the account the code belongs to; that account's course access is cancelled and legal action may be taken.

6. Prohibited uses

  • Copying or distributing the site or its content for commercial purposes
  • Trying to bypass access controls, or collecting data automatically (scraping)
  • Recording course videos by downloading them, screen recording or similar tools; hiding or altering the watermark on videos
  • Using other people's accounts or codes
  • Doing anything that harms the site or disrupts the service

7. Third-party links and affiliates

The site contains links to third-party sites such as brokers and prop firms; some are affiliate links and are labelled as such. GLADIO Trading is not responsible for third-party services.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". GLADIO Trading gives no guarantee as to the accuracy of the content, uninterrupted access or the achievement of any particular result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and termination

GLADIO Trading may change these terms and the scope of the service; significant changes will be announced on the site. If the terms are breached, the account may be suspended or closed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over any dispute.
