Swing trading
A style where positions are held for days to weeks, working on 4-hour/daily charts; fewer trades, wider stops, less screen time.
A swing trader carries overnight and weekend risk (gaps, swap); in return, news noise affects them less, and the style can be run alongside a full-time job.
Because stop distances are wide, position size is small; the reward, though, can reach 3-5R.
